This is my worst quilt, and also my first. It's 93 X 116 cm, and made out of old curtains and the cheapest fabrics I could find. I had sense enough to pre-wash it all, but what does that help when the fabric is all off different sorts.

The most beautiful part are it's blocks as the seams never cross were they should, and they are beautifully designed to work together.

There's no batting. The backing and the front have "bubbles." And not to forget the beautiful black thread used to do the "quilting." None off it is straight, and the thread shows everywhere.

The binding is "thrown" on. And not to forget the beautiful blue/gold stripes in the corners. I had a fabric loss.

I had never made a quilt before this, I had no instructions or pictures to go after, and I had no idea on how to put the front and back pieces together. At least I tried!
