In July 2009 at Maine Quilts in Augusta, Maine I took part in Twisted Sisters workshop to make a queen size quilt out of batik fabrics. Because I was a monitor (a teacher helper) I saw Ami's plan of setting up a class for a workshop. She demonstrated each step often and rotated around the room frequently. Great class! My 94" X 103" quilt is just stunning with 30 twisted sister blocks and a 13" border. I also sent it out to be professionally quilted. It looks wonderful on my bed.
