Thanks to the Bear Creek Quilt Guild of Keller, TX for this tip. Just about everybody in my workshop came with two doorstops that they positioned under their machines so they can sew at a more comfortable angle. Even when sitting in low folding chairs at high tables (workshop spaces are NEVER as comfortable as those at home) they can see the needle easily and cut down on back strain.
