Ethel Bill from Warner Robins, GA took a pre-printed panel, bordered it and created this delightful little quilt, measuring 35" by 39". It is machine quilted in a large meander stitch with green variegated thread. The backing is a green hand-dyed fabric. The binding matches the outer border and is applied by machine, brought to the back, and stitched down by hand. Wonderful idea! Thank you so much!
