Could this get any cuter? Eighty 4" blocks of novelty and conversational fabric are “checker-boarded” together to make a great kids quilt that measures 44" by 52." Carolyn Watterson from Pittsboro, North Carolina took my leftover conversational fabrics, bordered them with white, and mauve to make this splendid quilt. It is machine-quilted in horizontal rows “in the ditch” with white thread. The border is also quilted “in the ditch.” The same mauve fabric in the border is used to bind the quilt with an applied binding that is brought to the front and secured by machine in matching thread.
Carolyn, thank you so much!
This quilt earned $69.64 for Leader Dogs For The Blind!
