Mom's dye-stamped elephants found a home in Marilyn Goodwin's "Lucky Elephant" quilt.
Marilyn says, "From what I understand, elephants are a token of good luck for some people. They remember things for a long time, as do dogs. So, I have enclosed another token of luck behind the purple patch---a lucky penny!
This cutie measures about 45" square and would be a lovely crib quilt.
This quilt was auctioned in January 2003.
Marilyn is from Greenville, ME.
Sending happy (and lucky) elephant noises your way, Marilyn!
THANK YOU!!
